DiRT 5 is delayed again, this time into November - priceforomed
Codemasters has announced a second delay to approaching rally racer DiRT 5, which sees the game elusion to a November release rather than its supposed October launch.
A twirp (flyblown by our friends at XboxAchievements) poor the news, simply does credit that the planned Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions are stock-still scheduled to arrive later this year, so this does bring the bring out dates for the two editions closer together. In a statement, Codemasters CEO Forthright Sagnier same "The amended launch date will allow us to take vantage of the next generation cabinet launches which are expected yet for the holiday season."
DiRT 5 was originally supposed to launch on Oct 9, before being pushed by one week into October 16 just is now set to arrive on November 6 with Past Access for those who buy the Amplified Edition happening November 3. The current first appearance in Codemasters' long running rally series is set to launch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC and and then advanced in the year on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
